Who we are

Repara24h is a trading name of ROCHA FLUTUANTE, UNIPESSOAL, LDA., a single shareholder private limited company with registered office at Rua de Cedofeita, n.º 501, 4.º Dr.º, 4050-181 Porto, Portugal, registered at the Conservatória do Registo Comercial under single registration and legal person number 519606752, with a share capital of 1,00 €. What we do

Repara24h puts customers in contact with independent technicians. The technician assesses the problem on site, gives a price before starting, carries out the work and invoices the customer directly. Repara24h is not a party to that service contract and does not perform the repair itself.

Prices and payment

No price is due until the technician has inspected the problem and the customer has accepted the quote. Payment is made to the technician. Repara24h charges the technician a commission and never charges the customer a fee for the introduction.

Availability

Availability is confirmed after contact. Repara24h asks its network of technicians and confirms to the customer once a technician has accepted the job. A requested time slot is not binding until that confirmation is sent.

Your obligations

You agree to describe the problem accurately and to give access to the property at the confirmed time. If you cancel, tell us as early as you can so the technician can be released.

Complaints and disputes

Complaints can be sent to info@repara24h.online. You may also use the Electronic Complaints Book, and in the event of a consumer dispute you may refer the matter to the alternative dispute resolution body named below, under Lei 144/2015 of 8 September.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law.
